FredRock09 was this past weekend, and what a great time! The Black Crowes played a wicked show on Saturday, and Live followed suit on Sunday. I think it was awesome that there was a festival like that in Fredericton. Not having to go elsewhere as Fredericton usually is so boring. So if you wanna check out some of the acts coming to FredRock, check out the Last.FM event here. You don't need an account to listen to some of the tracks or videos by the bands. Lot's of competition this year with all the shows happening around the Maritimes. FredRock has the potential to be a good show. Hopefully the crowd will turn out so it's not a flop and we can have another FredRock next year. |

I didn't get a chance to post anything last week about our previous weekend. So I'll just sum it up as "Kick Ass Weekend Pt. I". Luke and I spent a lot of time together up in Stanley hanging with family and mowing lawns on ride on lawn mowers.Yeehaw!
Just this past weekend we went on an ATV trip to Balancing Rock, Long Falls, and Chimney Rock. I'm trying to track down the correct geographic coordinates so I can update my pictures with the correct tags, and get some KML files for Google Earth. Besides Michelle and myself we had 6 bikes in our group including, Irvine & Dianne, Trevor & Shelley, Carl & Heather Wilson, and Sugar Bear. |
